As a Healing Practitioner, Certified Facilitator, and trauma-informed somatic guide, I support women, femmes, gender-expansive folks, and people of the global majority in releasing survival patterns and reconnecting with the truth of who they are. My work weaves nervous system healing, ancestral wisdom, and embodied practice to help you remember that freedom was never outside of you—it has always lived in your body.

In every circle, workshop, and 1:1 coaching space, I hold room for both your softness and your power—for rest, regulation, reclamation, and the quiet rise that happens when you stop abandoning yourself.
